In 2022 after moving back to Austin, I made a pair of rubber duck earrings to match a shirt that I wore out on a first date. Over the next few weeks, this pair of earrings slowly became literally the most asked about pair that I owned, and being the people pleaser that I am, I began making them for friends whenever asked.

After a while this became a few different styles, then a couple of necklaces, access to a laser cutter, and finally I decided to make this passion of into a small business.

After being laid off at my job as a paralegal in 2024, I went back to college and I am now pursuing (and very close to getting) an Associates degree in Jewelry Making.

Designing and making jewelry is something that I love more than anything I has ever pursued, and my business, Midnight Kitten, is the wonderful combination of passion, sleepless nights, and years of slow and steady progress.

I just hope that you love these pieces as much as I do!
